If your display doesn’t appear when you click, go through the steps below until you can see your display again:
- If you can hear audible clicks after Loop button presses, restart your glasses.
- If you don’t hear audible clicks after Loop button presses, check to see if Focals and Loop are connected in the Focals app.
- If both Focals and Loop are connected, restart your glasses.
- Reconnect Focals and Loop if they are disconnected. See our tips on reconnecting here.
Still can’t see the display? Submit a report through the Focals app. Submitting a report will help us diagnose the issue and we’ll connect with you and get you back to using Focals.
