My display doesn’t turn on when I click Loop

If your display doesn’t appear when you click, go through the steps below until you can see your display again:

  1. If you can hear audible clicks after Loop button presses, restart your glasses.
  2. If you don’t hear audible clicks after Loop button presses, check to see if Focals and Loop are connected in the Focals app.
  • If both Focals and Loop are connected, restart your glasses.
  • Reconnect Focals and Loop if they are disconnected. See our tips on reconnecting here.

Still can’t see the display? Submit a report through the Focals app. Submitting a report will help us diagnose the issue and we’ll connect with you and get you back to using Focals.
