I can’t interact with my display

If Loop presses won’t wake your display or if you can’t interact with the views on Focals, here’s a few things to try:

  • Open the Focals app and confirm that your glasses and Loop are Connected.
  • If the Loop or glasses show as Disconnected, your glasses or Loop could be low on battery. Charge Focals and Loop for a few minutes and try to reconnect.
  • Remove your Loop and glasses from the battery case, and click to reconnect and wake your Now view.
  • Restart your glasses and wait a few seconds for Loop to connect to your glasses.
