I can’t reconnect Loop with Focals

If you can’t connect Loop with your glasses, try this to pair:

  1. Hold Loop close to your glasses and click.
  2. If you still can’t connect your Loop, you might need to charge Loop in the battery case. Wait a few minutes for it to charge. Make sure the rightmost LED in the battery case is on and pulsing.

Submit a report through the Focals app if you are still having trouble connecting.
