Uber is not available

If you’re having trouble scheduling a ride with Uber on Focals, first confirm that you’re signed into Uber in the Focals app:

  • Tap the Menu icon > UberVerify that you are signed in.
    An Uber button that says 'Sign out'
  • If you still can’t schedule a ride, open your Uber app and confirm that you are currently within an Uber service area and that surge pricing isn’t in effect.

  • Confirm your payment information within the Uber app. Uber will only be available on Focals if your Uber payment details are valid and up to date.

If Uber is not available after completing these steps, submit a report through the Focals app.
