If you pressing Loop and your Now view doesn’t appear, here’s what you should do:
- In the Focals app, check the connection status of your Loop. If the status is Disconnected, you might need to charge your Loop for a few minutes.
Use this time to also charge Focals.
- Remove your Loop from the battery case and then check the connection status in the Focals app again.
- If the status is Connected, click your Loop to wake your display’s Now view.
Submit a report through the Focals app if you are still having trouble connecting.
