There are two possibilities that might be causing this:
- If your Loop battery drains completely, it will disconnect from your smartphone. Charge your Loop for a few minutes and then check the Focals app and confirm that the Loop is once again Connected.
- If you move too far away from your smartphone (beyond about 10 meters), this might disrupt the Bluetooth connection. In rare cases, barriers between your glasses and your smartphone could also cause a temporary disruption. As soon as you are back within range of your smartphone, your glasses will attempt to reconnect automatically. Wait for up to 10 seconds and then check the Focals app for the Connected message.
Submit a report through the Focals app if you are still having trouble connecting.
