Now that you have Focals in a size that works for you, it's important to fine-tune the fit.

Follow the steps below to ensure you can see the entire display clearly in a variety of lighting conditions, and look great while doing it.

1

Wear Focals to see how the temple ends feel around your ears

If they feel too loose, you’ll need to bend each temple end so that they’re more secure and don’t slide down your nose.

2

Use both hands to gently bend each temple end until you have an approximate 45 degree curve

Remember: wear Focals after each adjustment to see how they feel.

3

With a mirror, look straight ahead and align your pupil with the center of the sticker guide on the right lens

Keep track of which direction Focals need to go (up, down, left, or right) in order for your pupil to be in the center of the guide.

4

Use the adjustment guide to help you adjust each nose pad arm with your thumb and index finger

Keep adjusting until your pupil is centered with the cut-out on the sticker.

5

Press the power button twice to start Fit Check. Fit Check will help you make any final nose pad arm adjustments so you can see the entire display

Wear Focals and reposition your glasses until you can see all four arrows while looking at the center circle.

6

Keep track of which direction Focals need to go (up, down, left, or right) and use the adjustment guide to help you adjust each nose pad arm

Adjust each nose pad arm one at a time, wearing Focals and using Fit Check to check your adjustments. Focals typically sit lower on the nose than regular glasses. If you feel like they’re resting too far down, are positioned too far to the left or right, or just look uneven, let us know.
