The app gives me the 'Center your head' message frequently

Sometimes, the face tracking portion of the head scan has trouble identifying parts of the head and will return the Center your head in the frame message repeatedly.

Here are some things you can try that will help with this:

  1. Make sure your hair is not hanging over or covering your forehead. Tie back long hair or use a headband as shown in the in-app instructions if necessary.
  2. Move closer to your phone. It's okay if the top of your hair isn't within the frame; as long as your face is distinguishable, this will help with your scan. It might take a few attempts to find the right positioning here.
