Is there an Android version of the Focals Showroom app?

The Focals Showroom app uses the TrueDepth® camera on iPhones X, XR, XS, or XS Plus to capture the measurements we need to create Focals for you. We don't have an Android equivalent right now, but you can always borrow a friend's iPhone X and size yourself. It only takes a few minutes to complete the sizing process and submit your order information.

Can I use Focals with an Android phone?

Yes! Although our Focals Showroom app is compatible with iOS only, you can still use Focals with an Android phone.

Focals are compatible with Android phones running Android OS 5.0+ and iPhones 5S and newer running iOS 11+.

Can you ship Focals internationally?

Focals are only shipped and supported within North America. We cannot export or ship Focals internationally at this time.

I'm having trouble using the Focals Showroom app. What do I do?

Because the Focals Showroom app needs to collect measurements to find a size that will work best for you, you might need to retry your sizing scan or move to a different room.
