Download the Focals App

Download the Focals by North app* from the App Store® or Google Play to pair your glasses with your smartphone. You'll use the companion app to calibrate your display, sync your contacts, select your preferences and more.

Visiting An Optician

We recommend you to bring your prescription Focals to one of our Showrooms or to your local optician for adjustments.

How do I get my prescription Focals adjusted?

Prescription Focals should be adjusted by a licensed optician. If you pick up your prescription Focals in-store or via one of our Pop-up Showrooms, one of our opticians will make the necessary adjustments. If you ordered your Focals via the Showroom iOS app, we recommend that you take your prescription Focals to your local optician along with these instructions.

Will my local optician charge me for this service?

Most opticians will make adjustments for free. If you are charged, we will credit you up to $50 within 30 days of receiving Focals. Email a photo of the receipt to support@bynorth.com and we’ll reimburse you for the amount.
